Build timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the home, but most of our custom builds take between 12 and 18 months from permit approval to handover. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during our initial consultation
We work closely with architectural partners and can facilitate the drawing process on your behalf. If you already have drawings or an architect in mind, we’re equally comfortable working from those.
