We’re located on Cylinders Drive in Torquay, Victoria, specialising in new builds. We take a hands-on approach, with Director, Jason Spicer across every project, taking a personal interest in clients needs, desires and how to achieve the best outcome possible. We work with local trade teams who take pride in the work they do in their own backyard.
We understand Torquay, its council overlays, its coastal building requirements, its character and for that, the Surf Coast region. We build new custom homes not only to reflect the surroundings but also the client’s personal touch.

We service the wider Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Greater Geelong region. Torquay is our home base, but our projects span from Geelong through to Lorne and across the Bellarine.
Many areas around Torquay carry a Bushfire Attack Level rating, which affects things like window glazing, wall cladding and roof design. We’re experienced in building to BAL requirements and factor this into our design process from day one.
While we don’t sell land, we can advise on what to look for in a block. Including slope, orientation, overlays and covenant restrictions, to make sure you’re making a well-informed decision before you buy.
